AI Swing Analysis
Record your swing with any phone camera and receive a 33-point biomechanical analysis. The AI measures shoulder turn, hip rotation, X-factor differential, shaft lean at impact, tempo ratio, and kinematic sequence using pose detection. No launch monitor or special hardware required.
Strokes Gained Tracking
Track every round with strokes gained statistics that show exactly where you lose and gain shots relative to your handicap. Break down performance across driving, approach, short game, and putting to see which part of your game deserves the most practice time.
Apple Watch Integration
Wear your Apple Watch during a round and Stroke Gained will capture real-time swing sensor data from the accelerometer and gyroscope. This adds wrist angle, swing tempo, and transition speed to your analysis without any additional hardware on your body or in your bag.
Practice Prescriptions
After every session, your coach or the AI generates a specific practice prescription with drills, rep counts, and target metrics. The app verifies completion with video so you know whether you actually did the work, not just showed up.
Remote Coaching Tools
Coaches can review student swings asynchronously with frame-by-frame annotation, telestration drawing tools, and voice-over feedback. Students upload swings from anywhere and receive detailed analysis without scheduling a live lesson.
Launch Monitor Import
Import CSV data from Rapsodo, Trackman, GCQuad, FlightScope, and Garmin R10. The platform maps ball speed, spin rate, launch angle, and carry distance against your swing video to connect what happened at impact with where the ball went.
